hello, am running avaya IPO R6.0(18). I managed to create hunt group and assigned users to the group. incomming call route is there matching the line id to this hunt group. when calling i can only here the ringback tone but the call does not land on the extension. i tried to direct the call to an individual extension but nothing happend. please assistance
