Dear All:
I need to determine the incomming call route on a Option 11 running 24.24. This call would be from an analog trunk/trunk group that is also used for out going calls.
The system has a console, Auto Attandent(maybe?), Stations.
The objective is to have the call go initially to the Attendent.
If the console is unattended (handset unplugged) then the call should go to a designated station.
If the call to the designated station is unanswered, it should go the that stations Meridian Mail.
If presently goes some other route, how do I modify?

Thanking you in advance.... Chris

1. Check your NIT1 settings under LD 21 - ATT_Data, set NIT1 to your secondary station extension.
2. Set your secondary stations FDN and HUNT to your meridian voicemail ext.

Jami2 Thank you! I will check and modify today. Chris
