Hey all,
I have a BCM-400 4.0 with PRI that has been having some ghost calls. They were linked to another BCM-400 at one time through a VPN tunnel. But IP addresses changed and they didn't use it much anyway so the VPN tunnel has been down for some time(over a year) So while investigating the ghost calls, I noticed some incoming calls on VOIP lines, so I am wondering where these are coming from and if this is possibly the source of the ghost calls. The calls are coming in with partial CLID info displayed like 1 or 10 or 2001 etc. Here is a partial screen capture of the Monitor session. There is no connectivity to the other system so I am wondering what the source of the VOIP calls could be. Can anyone translate this Line monitor? Does anyone have a theory as to the origin and or destination of the incoming calls?
Thanks in advance

Any strange programming that might be looping calls out and back in VOIP trunks? I used that trick a few times to get internal calls to go to a call center queue. It burned up trunks, but worked OK since a call center CDN could only take a call that originated on a trunk.

No programming like that. The only thing that tries to go out on the VOIP trunks is when an ext. number from the other system is dialed. And no one does that as the systems have not been linked in over a year.

I did that and haven't been back to the site to see if that cleared the trouble. I was just curious if anyone had any theories.
