Incoming traffic software.

I have a meridian option 11 telephone system, I want to find out where our incoming calls are coming from around the country.can you recommend software to gather this raw information and present it as legible,

Take a look at VXTracker - I love this product and the folks there are terrific; if they don't have the exact report that your looking for, they probably have one they can modify quickly to get you what you need. vxsuite.com

We use Tapit Nova - it is about $1500 (single cost - not per user). Some decent reports built in. Vxsuite sounds pricey ...

Just FYI - the VxTracker portion of the suite is pretty reasonable. And it's fast and flexible - I've used a number of call accounting systems over the years and for changes and updates, it's one of the fastest and easiest packages I've ever worked with. It's truly a great product.
