Incoming SIP calls

On the Mitel 3300 MCD5, when an incoming call comes in Via SIP trunks(Gloabal Crossing)and the caller withholds there CLI, it displays Unavaliable on the IP handsets, is there any way to change this...

Hi Braindead2,
As far as I know those details are managed by Class of Service.
You´re able to shown trunk label on the set display, but it affects all calls, so no CLI will be displayed.

sorry for taking my time getting back, but im a busy man right now.. can I ask which COS option turns the trunk label tagging on or off.
