Incoming Ringing Set Up 1

I have just installed a new system with 1 line and 8 extensions.
How do I stop all extensions from ringing when an external call comes in. Just want 2 main extns to ring for external calls but all extns to ring for internals calls.Help would be most appreciated.

Sorry I should have said its a Panasonic KX TES824

If using the software to program it is under line settings
If through the handset try day ring 406 and set to no ring

Thanks obtsystems for the reply. Would you be able to suggest a fix for another problem. I managed to programme the system using the handset. However I tried to connect and programme using the USB port after installing the software on the pc.
All I get back is a message "Cannot Connect with PBX of this firmware version" (01213587H). Any help would be most appreciated.

The program tool you have on your pc is older than the system software ( firmware)

Thanks for the reply. How do I rectify this? I have used the software on the CD provided (V3.0)to try and connect. I have been on to the Panasonic website to see if there are any updated downloads. If there are any I cannot find them for this model.
Suggestions would be helpful.

it could be the systen is v2, and you need v2 installed first then install v3.
it could also be the wrong sufix I.E "e"
what is the full code on the system tag kxtes(?)
