I've got a weird one. This is an MICS 6.1 using a PRI and a Callpilot 150. Recently I found that half of my users weren't getting Caller ID properly on incoming calls via the CLID. So, I went through every extension, re-assigned their lines to their phones, and enabled Caller ID via the 'Telco Features' Menu. Prior to doing this, everyone had button #1 set to dial Feature 981 for voicemail. Now, everyone has button #1 assigned to their Rec'd number (last 4 digits of their DID). Not only do I not know how/why this happened, it seems I can't change it back. Any suggestions?

you assigned their DID's to appear and ring to the phone, which gives a button for it. ( you don’t need this for CLID)

Make the lines ring only to remove the button

a new beginning

*****may want to have more than 1 occurence of said target line*****
