Hi Guys,
We have recently been experiencing an issue with incoming calls with recognised CLI no longer linking to the EC500 entries we have. I have been looking into this for sometime and have found that this looks to be an issue with one of the call providers not sending the required 'network provided' message along with the CLI.
Its along shot but does anyone out there know if the Avaya CM looks at the network number or presentation number for this 'network provided' message when receiving incoming trunk calls?
Many Thanks
