Incoming Number Display

I'm working on a site and when they receive inbound calls from external parties the phone doesn't display the calling number and only shows the TG name. Is there somewhere to change that so the number comes through?

what type of trunk? not much to go on here

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

it's a DIOD trunk, not ISDN. It's from a carrier with DID range, but not the typical ISDN.
