Have an MICS which recently upgraded from 4.0 to 7.0 XC system has an 8 port NAM. Problem is on calls from outside AA answers fine but when routing calls to DNs fwd no anwer goes to CCR menu greeting instead of individual voice mail boxes. Calls go to VM fine on internal calls . Issue is only with incoming.
