Incoming name display over QSIG link.

I'm posting here to make sure I have not forgotten anything.
I have a QSIG link setup to a Siemens Hipath 4000 and I send names from the MD110 to the Hipath fine, but only get numbers displayed with calls coming back the other way. The ISDN trace out of the Hipath seems to show that they are sending name information.
The route is programmed as such:-

You're missing some bits in the VARI parameter. What are these settings?

Siemens PABX should support GFP protocol.
Also, in MD110 you have to activate GFP protocol located in VARI D1xxxxxxx

I searched same problem but on connection with Definity. My point of view is:
On default MD110 transmits name info in Keypad Facility IE and UUI in codeset 5.
Definity can transmit names in codeset 6 & 7 (in UUI) and in codeset 0 (in Display IE).
Pls, check traces, in what fields does Hipath send name info? I think codeset recognition should be changed in MD. How, …I don’t know,sorry.

we have a BC11SP8 with ISO qsig link to siemens Hicom and name on display works.

to have this working, you MUST have BC11 and you MUST configure it for name on display. hope this helps

I have seen that it can only work with BC11 as the Hipath encodes it's info in a different protocol and BC11 can interpret this. Other stuff all seems OK but this is a pretty basic network connection, no voicemail or anything going across it just basic call traffic.
