We are a field site running exchange, Our exchange hub is sitting at our corporate site. This am virus hit the e-mail servers. Most attachments were cleaned out by Trend Mail. However, internal mail received at our site at about 8:30 am started to show up again in users mailboxes. This is inly internal mail, not internet mail. Could this be a virus and how should I proceed. Or is it coming from the corporate site?

I don't quite understand. Are you saying;
that internal mail is being received twice,
that it is was received then the attachments came later, that internal mail is being received once and delivered twice, or something other?
I have found that some virus protection, doesn't allow the message to hit the MTA, resulting in a returned email, thus resulting in the sending email server to resubmit the same virus laden message, again and again.
