i have a problem with the incoming calls coming from mobile phones, PRI is connected to my IPO i have no problem with a line incming calls..but when the caller is using a mobile and dialed the pilot number, it goes directly to the TELCO's error voice prompt.
TELCO says that based on the call trace, the call from mobile is connected with them but the IPO refuses to accept the call.
Any one here encountered this problem?
