Incoming Fax lines hunting to switchboard 1

[Centerfielder]

I have two analogue lines for incoming fax. When both are occupied the third call rings to reception. Current set up is below. Is there a setting I can change to stop this from happening? I would prefer a busy signal rather than annoy my receptionist. Thanks

What is extension 760?

HUNT 760

If that is receptionist then either remove the HUNT number or point it somewhere else.

I am thinking that your problem is with the way that the RDR data is set.

As an alternate, why not try a hunt group with the 2 x faxs as members. You can set the hunt to "queue" calls so I would think problem solved. If both are advertised numbers then either an IDC or 2 groups would be needed.

As the pilot/s would need to be one (or both of the existing fax numbers) so by implication the DNs would change. You would also need to remove the diversions on each.

Another one and an oversight would be CLS 'FAXA'
If they don't solve then your RDR DATA could be HUNT or FNA but that's system/customer wide

A HUNT Group bank would be another option as DFKSydney suggests Mate!!
