Need help,
All incoming (external) traffic from public,
in one route has to go to switchboard operator number,
no matter if they dial extension,
all traffic to divert to operator.

System in use mxone-tsw.

Thank you

use command RODNI:ROU=XX,TRU=X-XX&&X-YY,DAY=XXXX,NIGH=ZZZZ;

but what type of trunk? caller id? If caller identity activated, use NUTRI to direct the calls to operator extension

Hi Monrovia

Route type is SL60.
Rodni does not help, it may be that something is missing.
The idea is that all incoming calls day and night should be directed to switchboard number!
(All incoming traffic has to go to switchboard number first)!

Thanks for help

then it's a ddi route? use NUTRI as advised?

best parnum

Hi

Try setting the call type with OPCTS, you might need to tweak CALT 5, 6 or 7 depending the the route configuration.

OPCTS:CORG=xx,CALT=5,ROU=rr;

Isinor
