Incoming Email - Delivered to recipient over and over again

We have an email that has come in with several attachments around about 10mb size in total.

However it is being delivered to the recipient every 20-30 mins..

I have restarted the Server but no joy..

Any Ideas?

Has the email been copied into several people from differant companies?

and are you running exchange on SBS

Running on Windows Server 2003 R2

When I message track in exchange I just see it being resubmitted every 20-30mins.. the User is not to happy lol

what av and firewall are you running?

Outside facing is Cisco Pix Firewall and Untangle Gateway with Antivirus, all incoming mail is routed to Exchange Server from Untangle.

Msg was sent yesterday at 16:02 it has 12 attachments totalling 10mb.

I have rebooted the Exchange Server and restarted the untangle gatewat elements, but it still persists in delivering to the recipient every 20-30 mins!

Does that user have any email forwards in place (on exchange or localy) - or out of office on?

I have just found out that it is a problem with the external sender !!! OMG !! lol
