I believe an extension has been configured so incoming DDI calls are being automatically forwarded to another site. There is no forwarding showing when I list the extenssion and understand it may be configured with IDC? can you point me in the right direct to check/remove?

Check the Trunk Main Group for a translation table.
LTMG xx

There is an entry DTT (but vertically)
D
D
T

If it is been translated it should be in that table, if not it will be in the routing table.

If that fails and you haven't already done so dial ##9 on the handset which should clear all diverts that the user has set. It would be super if oneday user diverts could be cleared from the command line.

All user 'soft' commands can be cleared from mmi on ver 8<.

Command LUCF lists.
Command RUCF revises or adds.

Unless you have been shown it, not many people know about it.
It is always used by installation engineers on an upgrade,
by listing the format comes out as:-
RUCF - extn - feature - destination.

This is then captured by the engineer and scripted back in after upgrade.

I hope this helps,
Mal,

Wow thanks Mal, that's really useful to know :)

I moved from 6.2 to 9, but haven't yet discovered all of the exciting new commands that are now available to me.

I've made a note of that one as it will prove very useful
