Presently we are experiencing this with incoming calls being passed from the IVR. The caller is hanging up while in the IVR, the IVR is not able to detect this and the call is still being transferred to an agent, hence the Agent receives dead air since the caller is absent. Is there a workaround for this. Any information would be helpful. Thank you.
