INCOMING DEAD AIR ACD CALLS ON S8700

Presently we are experiencing this with incoming calls being passed from the IVR. The caller is hanging up while in the IVR, the IVR is not able to detect this and the call is still being transferred to an agent, hence the Agent receives dead air since the caller is absent. Is there a workaround for this. Any information would be helpful. Thank you.
 
If there's no configuration changed on AIR and it work well before, try to reboot the IR server

Do you get dead-air calls on non-acd calls? We recently had an issue with Dead-air calls on two 3.1 LSPs, that were hanging off a 3.0 S8500. There was a patch applied to the S8500 and all other 3.0 LSPs that corrected it. Tier 4 knows of the patch.

No, mikeg826, strictly ACD. We use 650s w/back s8500. Kinghway, we have done numerous reboots per our engineer. Anyone else w/possible clues? Thanks.
