I Would like to forward incoming ISDN calls(PUBLIC NETWORK) for one specific extension to an external number .

The following parameters have been set in AMO COSSU
FWDEXC
FWDNWK

AMO COT

FWDNK
FWDR

AMO ZAND

EXCOCO

Internal extension calling the forwarded station are diverted to the external number but incoming ISDN calls to this forwarded station receive busy tone.

Can someone kindly assist.

Is this a permanent forward, or is it only at certain times?

If only at certain times, when the user forwards the phone (FWD button or #91 ) the call should go out. If the user doesn't have the proper permissions it won't even let you set up the forwarding.

If more permanent, use ADD-SUBFT type=stn function=CFWVALBT dest=9nxx-xxxx or whatever.

Even if you setup the system call forwarding destination to forward on all conditions to your external number you should still take the above step.

You may also need to have TTT in the COS for your trunks because you are conceivably forwarding a call on one trunk right to another one to go back out.

I do this all the time and it works well.
