incoming clid

Hi.
Can anyone tell me how to get an incoming caller's number to display on digital sets?
We are in UK + have an opt.11c rel. 25.40.
All we get at the moment is the ACOD number.
LD22 - PARM shows CLID=YES.
Any ideas?

are BT or your telco sending the id's to you,,,,,

If your trunks are analog then you generally do not get caller ID on Nortel equip unless you have a front end CLID but still not on Nortel sets. If digital trunks you shoud get it as long as LEC sends CLID info.

Trunks are digital.
How do I check if BT are sending IDs?
Is there an easy way to find out other than phone BT?
