Hi,
I've got a couple of SIP trunks from Gamma coming into a 3300 on rel 9 UR2. All working fine except the incoming CLI shows the callers ID without the leading 0 (UK based switch).
On an E1 circuit you can get round this by programming the inward dialling configuration but this isn't having any affect on the calls coming in via the SIP trunks.

It's not causing a huge issue except with call history as the users are having to edit the number before dialling back if it's come in on a SIP trunk.

Any ideas?
Thanks in advnce
Jules

I'm not sure, but it must be an issue with what your provider (Gamma) are sending, or the SIP proxy, assuming you're using one is doing.

I've got a couple of trunks from Gradwell, and using YATE as my SIP/RTP proxy, and we get the full number (including the leading 0) coming through.

Perhaps it's worth checking with Gamma?

Alan

Thanks Alan,
Spoken to Gamma but they say it's normally the system that adds the 0 so I guess they'll just have to put up with it as I don't see anywhere on the 3300 to set it up for SIP
