We're facing an issue of incoming calls via SIP trunks

- Incoming calls via SIP trunk directly to operator or an EXT is OKI

- Incoming calls via SIP trunk to Auto-Attendant , caller dial EXT during hearing Company Greeting, the called party answers, two end parties hear SILENT.

Please note that the incoming calls via CO line or E1 ISDN line to Auto-Attendant are OKI

Please advice!
Thanks!

Release level: 10.1
Active software load: 10.1.0.31 (21.1.0.31)
Platform: SMBC
7963MB of RAM

In the SIP peer profile, try changing the field "AVP Only Peer" to "Yes". This will force the connection to use RTP instead of SRTP for the audio stream, which can cause issues.

I tried "AVP Only Peer" from yes to no and vice versa, the problem is the same

Might need to grab a packet capture and see what's going on then.

I would try putting the party on hold and then retrieving the call to see if audio gets restored as a starting point

One more thing is "Incoming calls via SIP trunk to Auto-Attendant , caller dial EXT during hearing Company Greeting, the called party answers, two end parties hear SILENT, THEN THE CALL WILL DROPPED AFTER around 10 - 25 seconds

Sounds like either a codec issue or something is disrupting the RTP stream. What does a packet capture tell you?

The service provider fixed it on their end. So it's ok!

Thank you very much!
