Hi,
We have a DID number that doesn't get routed to a TN which has the DN assigned to it. Is there a way to view incoming call routing policies on an Option 11 to determine how a particular DID is getting routed? Thanks, Doug

Check in LD 49 to see if you have IDC tables built and if this is an entry in there.
Also, what happens to the call, is it hitting something in your system you recognize? (voice mail box etc)
If you have PRI's you could turn on D Channel messaging and see if that gives you some information to work with.

There is an entry is one of the IDC tables. How do I remove it? Do I just use the Nul command?

I believe it is:

LD 49
(req) chg
(type) idc
(dcno) 4 (what table the IDC is in)
2000 x (spacebar x = null)

If for example you want to remove IDC 2000 from table 4

I'm getting stuck on what to enter for IDGT.
REQ chg
TYPE idc
CUST 0
DCNO 0
IDGT

Lets back up a few miles here. What is the DID number you are working with? Then lets print your IDC table and see if it is even in your IDC Table. Then we can help you in the removal process if it's actually there.

I printed the IDC table and the DID is listed in table 0. DID is 941-575-3346

So your IDGT if the Telco is sending you 4 digits would be 3346
