Incoming calls ring line 1 & line 2 and transfer call to ext 10

We replaced our r3 card with a refurbished one. We installed the card and did a system reset. Incoming calls ring line 1 & 2 then it transfer the call to ext 10. Anybody knows how to disable this and have incoming calls ring the line instead? We have a lucent r3 card system. Using the partner advanced communications system manual 518-456-155. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You have a 2-port voicemail system installed, and you haven't programmed the ports into Hunt Group 7.

Remove the card for the time being, post the exact setup of which cards are in which slots, and advice on programming can be given.

We have 5 slot case and the first card we have is a 206ec module r4.1. 3rd slot has the r3 card. On the bottom we have a partner mail box.

External Partner Mail, looks like an old PC? Then just follow the line cords from the voicemail to the system, and program #505-7-XX-1 for each extension number.

Yeah, it looks like an old pc. It has a power cable and serial cable on the back. OK let me try to program the extension. Thanks
