We replaced our r3 card with a refurbished one. We installed the card and did a system reset. Incoming calls ring line 1 & 2 then it transfer the call to ext 10. Anybody knows how to disable this and have incoming calls ring the line instead? We have a lucent r3 card system. Using the partner advanced communications system manual 518-456-155. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
