Am I doing something wrong?? I set all the trunks to have the coverage destination be extension 14. The phone rings but never goes to it's voicemail. If you intercom the extension, you hit the voicemail. I thought that in Analogue Trunk Setup that the Coverage Destination was there for this purpose. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Not sure, but under the TRUNKS VM Settings for the auto attendant, which I realize you don't want, is the schedule set to never? Maybe there is a conflict there. What release?
Whats sotfware there was a bug in one release. if you can't upgrade add another AA set max inactivaty to 0 then set dial 0 to extension where you want call to go. don't record anything then under trunk set the new aa you made and number of rings. This is a know work around for that problem
