Incoming calls not disconnecting.

Running a Nortel Compact Plus
Call Pilot 150 for ACD
Using Cable Company as Voice Provider

When an incoming call hangs up during greeting the call gets directed to the Prime line and the attendant hears a loud rapid busy. I am not sure why the call doesn't disconnect. I am writing for help in correcting the problem or for ideas as to where it is originating.
 
did you check to make sure Supervision is turned on and that your Provider is sending it?
 
Will be calling povider today. I have Supervision on. I just assumed... wwll you know how tbat goes. Thank you.
 
Often I find the support has not a clue what you want and sometimes now called COD (Cut Off on Disconnect)
