Why do some hunt groups show up and some don't? When selecting a target group in CCCreporter

Do the missing groups have any CCC agents?
remember the CCC will only report on the highest numbbered group that an agent is a member of so if all the members of the missing group are also in a highte group it probably will not show.

Can I suggest that you create a Group call CCCReport and make this the higest group number on the switch and put all of your agents into the group. from there you would run all of the "Agent Group Reports" against the CCCReport Group.

The Target reports do not take Highest Group Numbering (HGN) into to account, only the Agent Group reports use HGN because they are based on Agent Staus based on highest recorded group the agent is a mamber of to produce the stats in the agent Group Reports. Target definies the end group the call was Targetted @. Target reports are a good way to get around "HGN"ing

Do all of the Target based reports show no data against the group ?

If you Run a Agent Group Tab against the highest group the agents are members of do you see the calls ??

If you run the DDI Dist by Target against the group in question what do you get ?
