Can anyone assist in determine, with caller ID enabled on a voice T1 (non-PRI), why only the area code or first three digits are being passed?

We've been working with the telco, utilizing a number of different CLID configurations to no avail.

Hoping this is a simple setting but after tearing through the IP Offices guides, I'm finding this is one area that could use some more documentation.

Thx in advance.

I appear to have overcome this anomoly. Here's the skinny:

In order to get full 10 digit CID to be passed, I changed the T1 Advanced Setting "Incoming Routing Digits" to 0 rather than the IPO 2.1 default of 4.

I was able to locate an IPO 1.4 software addendum which indicated the prior default was zero (0), which is why many of you may not have experienced this issue. My best guess anyway.

The Advanced settings definition per the 1.4 doc I came across is as follows:

http://support.avaya.com/elmodocs2/ip_office/R1.4/ipadd14enu.pdf]IP Office Software 1.4 Addendum[/url]
Incoming Routing Digits: Default=0 (present call immediately)
Sets the number of routing digits expected on incoming calls. This
allows the line to present the call to the system once the expected
digits have been received rather than waiting for the digits timeout to
expire. This field only affects T1 line channels set to E&M Tie, E&M
DID, E&M Switched 56K and Direct Inward Dial.
