We recently ported DID numbers from PRI to SIP. On PRI trunks, the agent received the CID Number. Now on SIP trunks, they receive the CID NAME.
Agents are split between remote and on prem. Remote are using One-X agent, on prem are using 6416 sets. Both behave in the same way.
Is there a setting I am overlooking for the NUMBER to display?
SIP trunk parameter: Identity for Calling Party Display: From
