Hello All,
I had issue with incoming call VRS NEC SV9100,
Is it possible if incoming call from outside using VRS with schematic,
The 1-digit VRS (press 0) is assigned to department group 1 >
If department group 1 does not answer it is transferred to department group 2 >
and if the group 2 department does not answer then it is directed to a busy message or does not answer (40-10)

Thanks

I, personally, would be using virtual loopbacks and incoming ring groups to achieve that scenario.

Would you share about this program using virtual loopabcks? @OzzieGeorge
thanks

There are plenty of videos that explain this more eloquently than I can. Just remember that you may need two lots of Virtual loopbacks to achieve what you wantand that virtual loopbacks can only be created via web Pro. Here is a link to one such video.

Ok thanks for sharing, I will test @OzzieGeorge
