I have a customer that called me regarding their IP Office 406 with 4.2 software with problems with incoming calls via indial directly to a hot desk user that is logged out, they are saying that before it went to the group if the person was logged out, is this done using call forward busy or what state does it apply when a hot desk agent is logged out?
