IP Office 500v2 6.1. Installed in a residential environment. Three analog lines.
Using single-line extn for a gate controller. I started with the extn programed with shortcode ?D to dial group number. Was able to dial fine but could not transmit DTMF long enough for gate controller to recognize. Changed shortcode to dial out and back in to group and that works fine. Now I am trying to set incoming call route to Tag any call coming in with house number CLID as GATE. Will this work on analog lines or am I missing something.

Incoming call route, with the proper Line Group Number, * for the Incoming Number, and the Caller ID that you want to match in the Incoming CLI field. Put "GATE" in the Tag field. Put in your destination.

Personally, instead of sending the call to the Main hunt group, which might have voicemail coverage, I would create a new CCW group, call it GATE, and turn off Voicemail so the call will ring as long as the gate phone keeps the call up

Thanks TTT, Ill give that a try. Only thing I left out was the * for incoming number.
