First off, thanks for all the help, this forum is great. We have a Ip Office v9.1 and I am inputting 800#s in the ICR and have a simple question. I have the 800# in the ICR and the first destination is a group.(IE group # 22000) The group had a list of internal exts and the vmail is off. What code/etc would I put in the fallback field to have calls go to the vmail of that group? Bonus question: Will the following button programmed on someones ext allow them to check the vmails on that same group when pressed? Label (whatever), Action: Voicemail Collect, Action data: 22000

thanks all...

put a sequential group with a virtual user ( no phone ) that is forward unconditional to a short code .

Code rvmevo22000
Function Voicemail Collect
PhoneNumber #22000

This group will be put on overnight destination of #22000 group.

To be able to collect the messages, users must be in the hunt group.
Add H22000 in the source numbers

to activate the VM, put the group in overnight status.
Add a button, and give the right doing this via "User", "Menu Programming", "Hunt group", tick "can change service state"

( I have labels in french, so translations aren't always exact ;)
