Hi,

We have phones with 3line apprearances. But couple of users start having issues, that the call directly hit Voice mail when the user is using the 1st line. We compared the settings with working phones/stations and also changed the phone with no avail. Any suggestions..?

Please disregard the above post. The phones have 2 appearances (than 3), so "restrict last appearance" value need to be set to 'n'. Thank you all for looking into this.

ForumUser.

Be careful about changing the "restrict last appearance" setting.

If you use up all of your call appearances, and need to transfer the call or conference in a third party, you will not be able to do it.

You may wish to add a third line appearance, and change the "restrict" setting back to "y".

Carpe dialem! (Seize the line!)
