I have a law enforcement customer that we have started servicing well after the initial install. The system is a MICS 4.1 with LS/DS & CLID trunks on it. 2 of the incoming trunks are 911 trunks(NOT CAMA) fed to the system from their "true" 911 system. After the system took a power bump, I am being informed that the 911 calls presented to the phone no longer take priority over "regular" calls presented at the exact same time. With all trunks being equal, is there anyway to prioritize 1 trunk being answered over another when presented with calls at the same time? Never heard of this myself, but wanted to check with the group.
