Anybody know of a way to have incoming SIP calls ring a different button on the phone other then the intercom or SCA? Customer would like to keep the intercom keys just for internal calls and have separate keys for incoming external calls. I know SCA will do this but when a call is transferred from the reception to another phone, the SCA holds the call until it hangs up. Not feasible for a phone with 6 SCA's and 12 incoming trunks. Can't have tied up SCA answer points when call is transferred off the phone. Thanks.
