Dear all,
In our country we have different Service Providers and we are getting issue in incoming calls from one service provider due to calling ID issue.
For Example if a caller from working service providers calls the number 011 528 3600 (Destination number) the calling number in receives by Hipath 4000 system in 7 digits 528 3600
Where 011 is an area code, which is not sending by all service providers except one which we are facing problem presently for incoming calls.
Extension numbers are start from 3600 to 3999
In TDCSU we suppress 3 digits and the calls are receiving at extension 3600 to 3999 .
Service provider with incoming calls issue is sending the calling numbers with area code
011 528 3600.
Now the calls are rejecting by our PABX system.

In Hipath 4000 system we are connecting the Service provider SIP Trunk directly with the STMI4 gateway card.
Outgoing calls are working fine for all service providers and incoming calls are working with all service provider except one which we are facing problem in incoming calls.

Is there any command for converting the incoming digits to standard 7 digits.

There are a few separate issues here.
One is the number of digits that the carrier send in on the trunk for the Direct Dial In number.
In your first example the carrier sends in 7 digits, you suppress the first three digits in the TDCSU so it works.

In the second example the carrier is sending in how many digits ?

In the new TDCSU of the 2nd carrier can you just suppress the 3 as well, if that does not work suppress 2 and so on until it works - or just request the carrier send in 4 digits or 7 or what ever number of digits you require.

Dear SBCSU,
Thank you very much for your suggestions.
I have only one trunk configured with 30 B channels, I have requested to ITSP and they refused to change the sending digits.
Because most of the other products except NEC ,they are using gateway to convert the SIP to ISDN (PRI).
Even, we are also using SIP to ISDN convertor in Hipath 3000 and Openscape business.
In the gateway (Patton-USA) they are creating a routing table which receives any number digits and convert and send as per our requirements.
But in Hipath 4000 we are directly connecting the SIP trunk from ITSP to STMI4 gateway card.
I think there may be a command which creates the routing in Hipath 4000 V 6.0 system.
Thanks

In the STMI SIP Card - change the TDCSU Suppress=? how many digits to suppress
Set it up the same way as the ISDN

I suppress 3 digits
here the subscriber numbers are 7 digits
eg. 528 3600
extension numbers are 4 digits that is 3600
I suppress 3 digits that 528

Suppress the amount of digits in the TDCSU that do not match up with the digit length of the extension numbers
Example if carrier sends in 7 digits but your extension are 4 digit then suppress the first 3 which leaves the last 4 digits to match up with the extension range.

If when you suppress 3 digits and you only get 3 digits out then the carrier is only sending 6 digits in
Suppress 1 digit at a time and test incoming to a fax or some phone that will answer to the direct dial in number.

If you need to add digits to the start of the range then use extend in the TDCSU

You can also map incoming numbers to internal numbers using the RUFUM AMO

REG-TDCSU:X-X-X-X,
CHA-TDCSU:pEN=X-X-X-X,SUPPRESS=6,DEV=HG3550IP,BCGR=1;

Indeed
Or if you needed to add digits to the incoming number then it would be DGTPR=
