We're using Avaya CM 7 with SIP trunks and 9608 IP Phones, H323.
There is a problem with answering incoming calls.
When a station receive an incoming call, station will ring, when we pickup the headset, we hear a dial tone and automatic line 2 is selected. Line 1 is still ringing. We've manual push the line 1 button on the phone to answer the incoming call. This is for every incoming call.
I've search the configuration but I cant find it.
Any idea?
