Incoming call, have to select the line-button instead of lift the handset

Hi,
We're using Avaya CM 7 with SIP trunks and 9608 IP Phones, H323.
There is a problem with answering incoming calls.
When a station receive an incoming call, station will ring, when we pickup the headset, we hear a dial tone and automatic line 2 is selected. Line 1 is still ringing. We've manual push the line 1 button on the phone to answer the incoming call. This is for every incoming call.
I've search the configuration but I cant find it.

Any idea?

Yes that's true, 3 call appearances.
 
What is the per button ring control set to on page 2 of the station form?
 
Also check Idle Appearance Preference? on page 2 as well
 
It is your Idle Appearance Preference? is set to yes on page 2, that is your issue.
