Just wanted to make sure, as I haven't done this in a long time...

We are porting our DIDs to a new carrier who will be sending 10 digits. We want all calls to ring direct to their matching 4 digit extns.

On "ch inc tru x" we would fill in:

Number Len: 10
Number Digits: xxx xxx
Delete: 6
Insert: (blank)

Anyone dialing xxx xxx 1000 would ring directly to extn 1000, right?

The only exception is the main number xxx xxx 1500 is to ring to the auto attendant, extn 1999.

So the fields should be filled in as:

Number Len: 10
Number Digits: xxx xxx 1500
Delete: 10
Insert: 1999

Correct? Anyone dialing xxx xxx 1500 would be routed to the attendant but all others will route to their respective extns?

Yes. That looks correct.

Question: Are you using SIP trunks or PRI? The incoming call handling treatment will work fine PRI and will probably work for SIP, if you have the integration set correctly and are 100% positive all incoming SIP traffic will hit this trunk in CM and not another where the domain and port are the same.

For SIP trunks I would use an Adaptation assigned to the SBC and do the converting there. But yes, this looks correct for CM.
