I have set-up a 4-digt extension(4xxx to replace those digits with a 4-digit VDN(3xxx) and I can get the call to route to that VDN when I dial the extension from my cellphone but when I dial the extension internally, it doesn't route to the VDN and it calls the extension directly.
Currently SIP but still using session manager and calls going through CM(7). I have a sip station set-up in system manager and when I call with this station, it routes to the VDN with I dial the extension but any other ext will not do this. Have 3 trunk groups and 2 are set-up as public and the one the SIP station is using is set-up as private. Any ideas, tried different route policies and dial patterns and no luck.
 
Incoming-call handling-treatment is only used for calls that come in over the Trunk Group of the table used. i.e change inc-call-handling-trmt trunk-group x
It will have no effect on internal calls.
 
Have you tried changing Uniform Dial Plan?

Command: change uniform-dialplan 4XXX

Matting Pattern as your extension 4XXX / Len: 4 / Del: 4 / Inster Digit: Destination VDN 3XXX / Net: EXT

That's made a trick in my scenario.
 
With doing the uniform dial plan, I would need to input every extension I need to do this for bc each extension will have a VDN Amd it’s about 140 extensions I would need to do this for. Also would I still need to do the incoming call treatment as well.
 
Making the changes in uniform-dial plan will take care of internal and external calls. There will be no need to change inc-call-handling-trmt for the trunk-group

I made the change in uniform-dial plan and it worked for external call but still not working for internal calls. Any other suggestions?
