I have a Norstar PBX CS100 OPT61C, there are two T1's the problem is that the T1 card that has the main phone number keeps slipping and I have to call the repair company to come in and recede the card. Of course this happens after hours and on the weekend.

What I would like is the PBX programming to recede the card.

Can anyone help??? Thanks in advance!!!!

Which card are you talking about? The PRI card in the PBX, or the network interface that the telco installed? 99.9% of the time, these are telco issues - so they'll need to come out and repair their equipment.

If reseating the pri card in the switch fixes your trouble then put a new one in. You are probably just resetting the counters though. Go to ld 60 and enter lcnt at the dot prompt. Then enter rcnt and keep track of what is going on.

Thanks for both suggestions, Repair company was out, there was over 900 slippage reports from the CO, which in turn shutdown the card, the tech reseated the card and then he fixed the MSDL card because there was also an issue. So everything is working again.

Thanks again!!!!
