inboxes not reappearing after upgrade from SMS2.0/SP4 to SP5

We had been holding back on this update because we lost our lab, but couldn't wait any longer since we are soon going to SMS2003. I went ahead and updated to SP5 last night at midnight but the inboxes are not showing in ..SMS\inboxes\ -all I see are 4 which are clicomp.src, clifiles.src, sitectrl.box, and smsbkup.box

Is this just a matter of waiting or should I be concerned?

We are running SMS on a W2K server with SQL2000. Thanks in advance :)
