Is there a way to control how long reports stay in the inbox or do the users have to do there own cleanup?

There is a supervisor command that let's you get rid of unread inbox documents that are a certain age.

Other than that, there isn't much you can do. For WebI users the read inbox docs are stored on the WebI server as files. I suppose you could clean those up by writing some little batch file to.

For client users, they reports end up in their UserDocs directory. Not much for you to do there. Steve Krandel
