Could someone help me??I often receive warning messages from Inbox Manager - MS Inbox Manager cannot copy files from "\\srvname\SMS_TCZ\inboxes\offerinf.box" to "MSWNET:["SMS_SITE=TCZ"]\\srvname\CAP_TCZ\".

Possible cause: The destination drive is full.
Solution: Make more space available on that drive.

Possible cause: The destination site system is turned off, not connected to the network, or not functioning properly.
Solution: Verify that the site system is turned on, connected to the network, and functioning properly.

Possible cause: SMS Inbox Manager does not have sufficient access rights to remotely administer the site system.
Solution: Verify that the Site System Connection accounts are properly configured to allow SMS to remotely administer the site system.

Possible cause: Network problems are preventing SMS Inbox Manager from properly accessing the site system.
Solution: Investigate and correct any problems with your network.

But I'm not able to find where the problem is.All advices above didn't solve my problem.

Thanks for advice

Radek

Hi,

I'm troubleshooting them myself and what i know so far is that the INBOX MANAGER can not copy a file A00SYSTM.CHE file of 0K. This is a file that sometimes appears in the offerinf.box and very quickly disappears.
It looks like a Directory Change Notification file coming from another SMS thread and interfering with the file copy cycle of the INBOX MANAGER. Because it quickly disappears the INBOX MANAGER generates an error that it can not copy it because it is already gone. The fact that it is not copied to the CAPS isnt a problem.
Moral of the story :just keep deleting those Warnings as usual.

I've been seeing this for a couple months in our site.. phantom .che files trying to be copied by Inbox Manager to the CAPs.. I've looked everywhere, but haven't seen anything about this. It doesn't seem to be hurting anything, though, so we've just been ignoring it.
