Inbox Icons in outlook 2000

I have some co-workers that say the icon for email in the inbox does not change except from "read" to "unread" They would like to see at a glance the "Forwarded mail" and "replyed mail" icons in the inbox next to the message.

I've looked for a way to change it but can't find any settings.

Any ideas?

Right click on the headings at the top, click field chooser and select icon. Drag it to where you want it on the headings list.

Thanks molby, the Icons show up but they don't change if they have been replyed to or forwarded, only read and un read.

in other words they want to see the purple and blue arrows on the icons if they forward or reply to the message.
