inbox clears out all email older than two weeks ??

Hi All,

Was wondering if anyone might be able to help me with this problem ?

A user’s inbox clears out all email older than two weeks sometimes, no autoarchive set up!!!! Wasn’t done manually and the emails are not in the deleted items or the restored deleted items!!!

Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Assuming this is Outlook, have you checked View, Current View settings?

Thanks for your replies. I will go to the users outlook and have a look at the current view settings and see if there is a filter rule setup.

I don't think it is a management policy on the server side because it is only happening to the one user.

I will let you know how i get on with the current view setting.

Management policies on the server can certainly be configured for a single user, so don't rule that out till you check.
