I need to block a specific number calling into this system, If someone can clarify what command number to look at and if there's a way I can test it out before leaving this remote site. Thanks in advanced.

Never heard of blocking an inbound call, but there is a feature you can set up - CID CALL ROUTING -.

I've done this on the 2400 but never on the 2000. How does it work? do you enter the inbound caller ID number to route to a certain destination? Thanks for the response

How have you blocked an incoming call on a 2400? I have a need to do this also.
Thanks,

Command ACID, basically I blocked it on the inbound route from the local telco. Only problem is the block is for both incoming/outgoing.
