I am working on EDI Inbound Purchase Order at my client. The client is on OneWorld XE, they are using F4301Z1 & F4311Z1 (Z files) in JDE which are uploaded from EDI software. Once these files are loaded the R4311Z1 UBE is called which writes to the purchase order files (F4301 & F4311). This works fine whenever there is a new order passed in (Add mode).
My issue is when there is a Change in a P.O. the above UBE fails. It looks like the UBE works only for new orders. So how can a change P.O. be processed in OneWorld? OR is there any other step/job to process a P.O. change?
