I have installed a IP 406 v2 with one 16 port ATM ver. 3.2.54. When a inbound call comes in the display on the phones show externl>Main. I have check lines analog tab the line are set on loop start CLID. I have turn up the gain on the lines. I have check if the data dump is coming over the lines from CO company. I have tried every thing that I can think off.

your incoming call route is set to the hunt group "main"
then it goes to a group that probably is set as overflow group of the main group
then it shows main
