Inbound clid name display to user phone

Good morning,

It's been lots of time I try to figure it out but after reading a lots of Thread on this site, I'm still stuck.

I'm trying to get name appear on my set, 2616 and 1140E when people are calling in from external.

My system :

CS1000E 5.5
I'm on PRI

If I enable MSGI on my primary D-Channel, I see that my pbx is getting the complete call ID and name. I'm also using PRIlink and I get the name associate with the phone number.

My problem is that name is not following when the call goes to a user phone 2616 or 1140E.

I assume it might be something with CLS on set but after reading the documentation from Avaya more than once, I cannot figure it out.

I know that my M2616D's have to have "ADD" in the CLS area to receive proper displays, and I don't see that in your CLS. Hope this helps.

Is it something on the RDB???

what do you see in the DCH msg & what turns up on the display?

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

Thanks for helping me!

In the DCH msg, I got the name. If I receive a voicemail through Callpilot, I get the name. I have PRIlink link directly to my PRI and I got the name.

It seems only when the call comes in and goes to a set that I'm loosing this information.

One of my thought was maybe the callpilot was not sending the information after a person was selection an option in a menu or dial extension through "through Dial menu". But I configure a DID to go directly to an extension and I have the same behavior.

I get the Phone number on the set, only the name I can't seems to have.
